Job Description

If you're seeking a career in the travel industry, this is your chance to make a difference. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing prompt and exceptional customer support.

 From quickly answering customer inquiries to consulting on products and resolving issues with a smile, you'll be the key to turning average customer experiences into exceptional ones. 

Your passion for travel will shine through as you assist customers in finding great places to stay and creating unforgettable travel experiences.

Daily Responsibilities

- Responding to incoming communications from customers

- Conducting research to provide accurate answers and resolutions to customer issues

- Serving as the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners, addressing basic questions and queries regarding room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet tooling

- Providing complete and valid information using the appropriate tools and processes

- Ensuring a high level of partner service and fostering positive partner experiences

Requirements

- Fluent in Arabic and English

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

- Ability to apply and explain product or service knowledge

- Proficiency in computer usage

- High-speed internet in a quiet home work environment

- Either a resident of Greece or the ability to relocate and obtain work authorization promptly
