Danone Middle East is currently seeking a talented Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (medical representative) to join their team in Kuwait. 

This role is focused on driving and contributing to the market share of Specialized Nutrition brands in the assigned area. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring their satisfaction, and meeting their healthcare nutrition needs.

Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Nutrition Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Influencing HCP Attitude and Behavior:

One of your key tasks will be to make regular visits to HCPs in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals. During these visits, you will establish strong scientific-based relationships with HCPs and position Danone's Healthcare Nutrition solutions as the preferred choice. 

You will utilize scientific arguments and relationship development to convince HCPs to choose Danone's solutions as their first choice. It is crucial to ensure that all doctors, HCPs, and key opinion leaders receive the right message, information, and clinical studies. 

Additionally, you will illustrate the benefits of Danone's solutions to the HCPs and conduct scientific audio/visual meetings for them.

2. Area Management:

In this role, you will identify business opportunities within your assigned area and evaluate learnings to develop business initiatives and tactics that maximize the real potential. You will implement a "weekly call cycle" in constant coordination with your direct manager.

 It is also important to understand and respond to competitive activities and recommend actions to counteract them in order to protect the market position. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge is essential to effectively explain all product information, answer HCPs' questions, and address customer queries and complaints.

 Lastly, you will review the business plan in line with cycle objectives on a quarterly basis with the Head and compile and submit reports on promotional activities according to established formats.
